IMPORTANT UPDATE

Maddox Equestrian Business Operation During COVID-19

As a nation and as a world, we are all experiencing truly unprecedented times. As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop around the globe, we are committed to evolve with it and maintain our focus on safety. We are all feeling disruption and uncertainty in both our relative business areas and at home; however this is a time for selflessness, compassion and precaution.

We intend to keep Maddox Equestrian as operational as we can and we have put extra measures in place to ensure that the health and safety of our team, our customers and your families, is a main priority.

Please see our operational requirements below:
  • Our office will remain open. If you need to pick up items / purchases please phone us in advance to make a suitable time
  • Our on-site saddle fitting service is open to the public via prior bookings only and limited to a maximum of one client at any one time.
  • Please advise us if you have
    • traveled overseas in the last 14 days,
    • been in contact with people from overseas who are unwell,
    • any of the described symptoms of Covid-19.
  • During this period our saddle fitting team will only be servicing the area between Matakana & the Waikato. We will do our out-most to service our loyal customers outside of this area as promptly as possible once restrictions on non-essential travel has been lifted.

We will be doing our best to continue to provide our customers with the service you are used to, however the health and well-being of ourselves, our customers and the wider community is our number one priority. We are well stocked and our online shop is stock monitored. For custom orders, please contact our office. We appreciate your business and support during these times and if there is any way we can help please get in touch with us.

We will be back to full capacity once all current government restrictions have been lifted.

Let’s look after each other and help our families and our communities to stay safe and healthy through these difficult times.

Kindest regards,

Bryn & Phil Maddox
